Effective Date: April 14, 2026 — Please read carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Global Energy Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Global Energy Atlas is a specialized intelligence platform providing: monitoring of geopolitical events affecting energy supply, confidence scoring via the FR-16 engine, supply disruption predictions (FR-17), AI-powered news analysis, and interactive supply chain node maps.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.1 Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met: (a) the request is submitted within 72 hours of the initial purchase date, and (b) the service has not been utilized — meaning zero data exports and zero advanced queries (news analysis, FR-17 predictions). If the service has been used in any way during the 72-hour window, the refund will not be eligible. See our full Refund Policy for details.
3.2 Free Trial — Starter Plan Only: The free trial is available exclusively on the Starter Plan. Pro and Enterprise plans do not include a free trial period. These plans are billed immediately upon subscription.
3.3 Anti-Abuse Policy: Each user is entitled to one free trial only. A user is identified by their email address and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials constitutes a violation of these Terms and entitles us to immediately terminate all associated accounts without refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach systems, resell or distribute content without permission, or use data for misleading purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, technology, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Global Energy Atlas. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Disclaimer

Information provided is for intelligence purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on Platform data. We strive for data accuracy but do not guarantee it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the three months preceding the incident.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
