Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee within 72 hours of your first payment, provided that the service has not been utilized (zero data exports and zero advanced queries). If the service has been used in any way during this period, the refund will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible — both conditions must be met:

  • Request submitted within 72 hours of the initial payment date.
  • Service not utilized: zero data exports (CSV/PDF) and zero advanced queries (news analysis, FR-17 predictions).

Not eligible:

  • Requests submitted after the 72-hour window.
  • If any advanced feature has been used (export, news analysis, predictions).
  • Violations of the Terms of Service.
  • Renewed subscriptions (you must cancel before the renewal date).

3. Free Trial — Starter Plan Only

The free trial is available exclusively on the Starter Plan. Pro and Enterprise plans do not include a free trial period and are billed immediately upon subscription. Each user (identified by email address and IP address) may claim the free trial only once.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at: [email protected] with your name, registered email address, and reason for the request. We will verify usage records to confirm eligibility.

5. Processing Time

Eligible refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method via Paddle.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
